Household housing assistance
The Government of French Polynesia offers buyers of new housing an assistance of up to 4 million francs (country law N ° 2017-39 of 30 November 2017).
You can benefit from housing assistance if:
- you are not the owner on the day of your application for help.
- housing is your main home for a minimum of 5 years.
- you buy with a bank loan
- you respect the average income ceilings set by the country
The amount of your assistance is calculated according to:
- Income and composition of your household: number of children, dependents (parent, brother, sister …)
- the size of your home with a ceiling of 100m2.
